The Landscape Appeal Board hears and decides appeals for interpretations, special exceptions, and variances to the terms of the Landscape Ordinance No. 2284.

The Board is composed of five (5) members. Members shall be qualified residents of the City of Katy and shall serve for one-year terms. Applications will be retained and considered by the City for two (2) years when a vacancy occurs and may be subject to the Texas Public Information Act.

Closed - Christmas Holiday

  • Date: 12/25/2020  (all day)
The City of Katy will be closed Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th in observance of Christmas. City offices will re-open and resume service, including virtual services, on Monday, December 28th.

The holiday does NOT alter the regular scheduled residential garbage and recycling services. Commercial accounts will have garbage only service on Saturday, December 26th instead of Friday.
