The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) coordinates city services during disasters, ensuring that the City of Katy is prepared for any emergency. Our responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive emergency plans.
  • Training and collaborating with all city departments.
  • Conducting exercises to test and refine our plans.
  • Activating the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in response to significant emergencies.
