Water Conservation Request – Temporary Water Well Repairs

The City of Katy needs your help conserving water! Due to necessary water plant repairs, the available water supply is temporarily reduced. To ensure reliable service for everyone, we are asking residents, businesses, and HOAs to voluntarily reduce water use until repairs are complete.

How you can help:

• Limit outdoor watering/irrigation to no more than three (3) times per week
• Postpone new landscaping projects
• Reduce or avoid draining and refilling swimming pools
• Delay non-essential water use (washing vehicles, pressure washing, etc.)
• Use water wisely inside your home or business

We appreciate your cooperation and community spirit. Together, we can protect our water resources and ensure service for all.
