A third-party contractor damaged a main sewer line on Morton Road. As a result, today, Wednesday, May 20, 2026 an eastbound lane closure and traffic control impacts are currently in place at the intersection of Morton Road and Katy Hockley Road while repairs are underway.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible.
