🎉 Congratulations to Fire Chief Dana Massey!

The City of Katy is proud to announce the appointment of Dana Massey as Fire Chief of the Katy Fire Department. For more than 25 years, Chief Massey has faithfully served the City of Katy, beginning her career as a paramedic and rising through the ranks to Assistant Fire Chief, Interim Fire Chief, and now Fire Chief. In 2021, she was honored as the City of Katy's Employee of the Year, recognizing her outstanding dedication and service. With today's appointment, she becomes the first woman to serve as Fire Chief in the City's history.
