Virtual City Council Meeting - Monday, March 23

In accordance with the Order the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City of Katy will conducting the City Council meeting scheduled at 6:30 p.m. today, March 23, 2020 by telephone conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The public will not be allowed to be physically present at tonight’s meeting. The meeting will be available to members of the public and allow for two-way communications for those desiring to participate:

  • To attend the meeting via video conference, please use the following website www.zoom.com, click on "join a meeting" in the top right-hand corner, and input the following
    Meeting ID: 551 951 319 or use the following link https://us04web.zoom.us/j/551951319
  •  To attend the meeting via telephone, the dial-in number to participate is 1-877-391-0239; the local number is 281-503-8022 and input the following Participant ID: 30#. Please MUTE your telephone until the floor is open for questions/public comments.
  • The City Council meeting will also be live broadcasted on the Official City of Katy Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/cityofkaty/

The meeting agenda is accessible to the public at the following link: https://www.cityofkaty.com/citycouncilagendas. After the meeting, an audio recording will be made available to the public as soon as possible at https://www.cityofkaty.com/citycouncilagendas.
