    Water Interruption Notice: Friday, February 14

    The Water Dept will be shutting down water to make a repair on Ave C from George Bush Dr. north to 10th St. & on 10th St. from Ave C east to Ave A. There will be a few on the east side of Ave D between 10th St & George Bush Dr. that will also be affected. Katy Elementary will not be affected.

    The City of Katy will be closed Monday, February 17 in observance of Presidents' Day. Heavy Trash will still run as scheduled for residents with Tuesday and Friday garbage service.

    The City of Katy offers Super Heavy Trash service four times a year, January, April, July and October. The next Super Heavy Trash service days will be Monday, January 6 for Tuesday and Friday residential routes and Monday, January 13 for Wednesday residential routes.

    If you have a live Christmas tree, we encourage you to recycle it after the holiday and we are here to help! Our Public Works Department will be picking up and recycling Christmas trees again this year.
