Starting Tuesday, June 9th, northbound traffic on Pin Oak Road will be reduced to a single lane for approximately four days, weather permitting, to allow for pavement construction at the intersection of Pin Oak Rd. and Pin Oak Court.
Beginning Monday, June 1 , 2020, Katy City Hall, the Police Station and Municipal Court will re-open their doors to the public. This coincides with Governor Abbott’s plans to re-open Texas, while ensuring the safety of our customers, residents and employees.
Coinciding with Governor Abbott’s Phase Two Announcement of Re-Opening Texas, the City of Katy will open reservations for the baseball, softball and multipurpose fields, as well as the tennis courts, starting June 1st at 9:00 AM. No other parks facilities will be available for rent at this time.
The City of Katy will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Heavy Trash will still run as scheduled for residents with Wednesday garbage service.
The City of Katy Off-Leash Dog Park is scheduled to re-open Friday, May 22, 2020 at 8:00AM. However, there will be no access to restrooms, dog washing station or benches (hard surfaces that cannot be sanitized regularly).
