Permit application and inspection fees can now be paid for utilizing our online Citizen Access Portal. 

• Each permit/payment will require a separate transaction
• Online payments can be completed by using our Citizen Access Portal. A permit number specific to your project will be required before your payment can be processed. Please contact our office if you are in need of assistance.
• Payments can also be completed in person at our Permit Office at City Hall during normal business hours. 
• Construction cannot begin until full amount is paid and permit is posted at the job site.
• Please utilize our current City of Katy Fee Schedule for reference of all current Permitting and Inspection fees.
