Please note that submitting a request for Woodsland Community Center does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your rental. We will honor all requests in the order that they are received.
Electricity at the VFW Park pavilions is currently not available. The pavilion at Katy City Park or Woodsland Park has electrical access, if needed.

These policies must be read and agreed upon during the reservation process, have been established by City Council for the use and reservation of parks, pavilions, buildings, fields, and gazebos. It is the responsibility of park facility renters to follow these rules and policies.
Reservations for all fields, courts and outdoor facilities are open. Reservations will ONLY be available online via our WebTrac System. Please use the following Internet browsers when making your online reservations and requests: Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Our online payment portal is not compatible with Internet Explorer or Edge.

FACILITY INFORMATION AND FEES
FULL payment of the deposit and fees are required to secure your reservation. All deposits are refundable after your event pending the condition of the space (i.e. no damages, missing items, trash, etc.). Deposits will be required for each facility and separate time blocks. Deposits for fields and courts will roll over to ongoing reservations. If you would like your field/court deposit refunded, please contact the Parks Office.

*Lights are controlled by Musco Lighting and will adjust to the time of sunset each day. During daylight savings time (March-November), charges for lighting fields are applied to reservations 7pm and later. November-March, charges for lighting fields are applied to reservations 6pm and later.
