Get Fit May — Community Fitness Series

The City of Katy invites residents to participate in Get Fit May, a community-based fitness and wellness initiative designed to encourage healthy lifestyles through fun, accessible, and instructor-led physical activity.

Get Fit May brings the community together for FREE weekly outdoor workouts that promote movement, reduce stress, and build meaningful connections. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to stay active, all fitness levels are welcome.

A key goal of the program is to highlight and support local Katy gyms and businesses. Each class is led by instructors from local fitness organizations, giving participants the opportunity to experience a variety of fitness styles while connecting with local wellness providers.

All classes take place from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

May 1 – Yoga
