SUBMITTALS:

• Plats: Please submit your complete plat packages at the receptionist desk, located inside City Hall lobby, before 12pm on the submittal deadline. Submittals after the deadline will not be accepted. Applicants are encouraged to inquire about their submittal at planning@cityofkaty.com. A complete package must include the full payment. 

• Special Use Permits: A phone conference is required prior to submittal. Please contact us at planning@cityofkaty.com to schedule a call with staff.

• Board of Adjustment: A phone conference is required prior to submittal. Please contact us at planning@cityofkaty.com to schedule a call with staff.

It is important that all submittals are complete prior to Staff review. If an application is deemed incomplete, you will be informed by email of the outstanding items and notified to pick up all materials. Once those items have been remedied, the application package will need to be returned using the same method.
