City of Katy Tomorrow 2040 Comprehensive Plan

The City's Comprehensive Plan is a guide for the growth and development within the City of Katy and its Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The plan creates a cohesive long-term vision of growth with a balance of land uses that promote economic growth and improves the quality of life. The Comprehensive Plan is not a zoning ordinance and it does not affect existing zoning regulations but rather, it provides the foundation for making policies or developing new regulations that implement identified goals, objectives, and actions.

The City of Katy Tomorrow 2040 Comprehensive Plan was originally adopted by City Council on March 27, 2023.
